By working alongside the client we created a profile and compiled a suitable target list of companies and pools to draw from. From direct competitors, related healthcare industries, and Eastern European nationals they provided 40 external benchmark candidates. The in-depth search revealed that there were few equivalent roles, but there were alternative structures and role remits that our client could implement.

From this information the client revised the remit for the HRD hire and offered the role to a high-calibre individual from the shortlist.
