From the specified parameters they successfully identified and engaged a successful high-calibre candidate with a deep understanding of delivery methodologies and the capability to lead a change and transformation team. The shortlist we provided was so strong that the client recruited the targeted individual as a Senior Vice President, but also appointed another individual to the role of Global Delivery Director. By recruiting two individuals from the same shortlist, we successfully provided the client with two senior hires at reduced cost.
