We crafted a unique assessment and recruitment process that created excitement about SEAT’s innovative store concept. By providing market insight, designing a competency-based screening process, building an applicant tracking system, planning a multi-faceted attraction strategy, and developing engaging creative, we delivered an approach that engaged a cold audience in an inventive way.

In just under two weeks we successfully designed, developed and managed an end-to-end recruitment and marketing campaign with a budget of c£95k. As a result, we’ve now won a project for Volkswagen who will be opening their first concept store in 2017.
