In partnership with our client, we developed a cost-effective attraction strategy that would appeal to a diverse talent pool. Our robust selection process measured candidates’ suitability for the scheme and ensured applicants received an excellent candidate experience. By producing a website, developing a database of contacts, contacting a range of campus based groups and implementing a two-stage competency based sifting process, we provided a strong applicant pool for our client to select from.

Our project was a success, generating 775 candidates of which 211 had the desired language skills.
