Government Selects Capita Resourcing For Permanent Recruitment Framework

Crown Commercial Service, the government procurement agency, has awarded Capita a place on its new Permanent Recruitment Framework, entrusting the company with candidate sourcing and processing for permanent positions across government departments.

Capita Resourcing, part of Capita People Solutions, will be listed as a supplier on the RM6002 Permanent Recruitment Service Agreement, a transformational new service for recruiters across central government and the wider public sector. It will give them access to the full range of recruitment services, from experienced and market-leading recruitment specialists like Capita. 

Capita will provide permanent resourcing services including candidate search and assessment, shortlisting, interviews, pre-employment checks, onboarding and training.

Capita will provide support at every stage of the recruitment process, from the search stage through to candidates’ first day of work. This will encompass analytics, including market mapping, executive search and selection, as well as resourcing, campaign design and project management. 

Government recruitment is a complex, continual process, requiring strategic support from recruitment partners. Capita will be responsible for candidate generation through direct sourcing, attraction and engagement strategies; talent pipeline development and candidate relationship work; online and face-to-face application management, testing and interviews; and offer management and on-boarding.
