Andy has over 30 years’ experience across a broad cross-section of resourcing and talent acquisition activities, embracing managed recruitment, assessment, insight, employer branding, and candidate generation.

With more than 15 years’ at senior management level he has been responsible for leading teams with accountability across virtually every market sector from Financial Services and Energy to central government and local authorities.

Jessica Holt has over 19 years’ of recruitment experience including; contingent MSP, permanent RPO, graduate and consultancy ‘Statement of Work’, public sector, retail and manufacturing. She is our Director of Contingent Workforce Solutions and is responsible for over 7,500 contractors across seven public and private sector clients.

Jessica partners with our clients to build and develop strategic contingent resource plans that are compliant, cost-effective, efficient, agile and adaptable. She ensures we deliver excellence against our KPI’s and always seek out new ways to improve our service.
