Online recruitment services
The web has certainly had a major impact on the recruitment and assessment process. Our inhouse interactive team have been pushing the development of powerful internet tools that can be implemented quicky and very cost-effectively.
By reducing the amount of paperwork with online application forms, designing & building careers microsites through to cutting-edge online sifting tools such as SiftAbility, designed to identify talent early in the recruitment process, we can support your needs.
Feature pages
Our website currently attracts well over 40,000 unique visitors per month.
Feature pages raise the profile of specific jobs on our website. We can also advertise roles in the traditional press with your own web address e.g. www.capitaras.co.uk/defra, which drives traffic directly to the job details.
Clients will also have their logo added to the Job Search page of our website as a way of catching browsing traffic; the candidate simply clicks on the logo and is taken to the feature page.
Recruitment microsites
A microsite, unlike a Feature Page is more akin to a fully fledged website.
There will be a menu allowing the candidate to navigate to several pages all connected to the advertised vacancy. More information is available to the candidate, not just concerning the post, but also about your organisation, culture and staff. This may be in the form of case studies by staff already in particular roles.
Typically, sites have their own unique web address e.g. http://www.ndajobs.co.uk/ and are fully client branded.
Here are some examples of live microsites that we have produced recently:
Online application
On-line application forms have become increasingly popular; in fact some campaigns are now exclusively on-line.
Candidates are able to save their work at any point and to return to their application when it suits. Tracking the candidates progress allows us to e-mail in-complete applicants to encourage them to complete.
On-line applications can be completely client branded and appear to be launched from your own site. |
