Theatre Manager

My Client offers innovative facilities and technology, as well as comfort and convenience. We are a major provider of independent healthcare. A 31 en-suite bed hospital, our service provision is varied, covering everything from outpatients and minor procedures through to major surgical specialties such as orthopaedics, ENT, spinal, gynaecology and general surgery.

As Theatre Manager, you will be a key player in promoting our agenda of quality and efficiency within the Theatre Department. You will be operationally responsible for the Theatre teams, and will be expected to actively contribute to service development, identifying opportunities and supporting individuals in the delivery of care.

You will need excellent clinical knowledge, skills and experience to negotiate with and influence others as you support the Matron in the development of theatre services. You will act as a role model, mentor and advisor for your staff.

This role requires the individual to demonstrate post registration experience and you should also have experience in a senior clinical / team leader role.
