Senior Practitioner Paediatric Ward - Central London

The hospital offers a variety of services for adults and children and is currently undergoing a major re-development.

Responsibilities of the role are to:

• Deliver effective leadership to the nursing team
• Promote a high level of care in line with the hospital's reputation for quality service
• Assess patients' needs and the implementation and evaluation of care plans
• Work as part of the senior management team adopting a multi-disciplinary team approach

Skills required:

• Supervisory/management experience within a similar environment
• IV competent
• Mentorship certificate
• BLS/ILS updated
• Excellent clinical and care standards
• Experience of audit care delivery
• Strong communication and team-working skills
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
• Computer literate

Successful applicants will have:

• Relevant nursing qualifications
• Up-to-date PIN
• Right to Work in the UK without any restrictions
