We are looking for 2 experienced Building Services engineers who have worked in the Health sector and understand the NHS environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Health team in London. We are looking to recruit 1 electrical and 1 mechanical engineer. We hope to expand the team further in the future.

Essential Experience/Skills:

You will work as part of engineering and project management professional team managing a range of property and strategic estates related management services to healthcare clients. From time to time you may be asked to support development projects.
Working closely with other CSH staff you will be responsible for managing and/or assisting in the planning and delivery of selected commissions within the range of CSH client portfolio. This will include the development of schemes through diagnosis, gap analysis and plan, delivery, embedded support and ongoing delivery or outsource.
Contribute to the achievement of CSH' overall business plan through fee earning to set annual targets set.
Surveying, collecting and updating of various disparate information that allows for the accurate reporting of financial, statistical and other evaluations.
Manage the organisation and updating of relevant data using database applications.
Analyse and interpret financial and other estates based information that forms the basis of output reports.
Manage the selection and appointment of professional parties for CSH Clients.
Ensure final scheme quality of projects delivered to time and profit.
Implementation and provision of high quality consultancy advice and estate solutions.
Communicate and provide customer focused high quality services to all CSH Clients.
Manage and contribute to CSH team ethos to ensure expertise, knowledge and new services are promoted to all CSH clients

Arrange and participate in client meetings, conferences and other project team activities.
Prepare leases, licences, space planning, property surveys, feasibility studies, estate management, disposal and acquisitions, terrier management, option appraisals, rent reviews, etc, in connection with proposed and approved developments.

Produce client's estates strategies and property management monitoring procedures in accordance with Estatecode, SFI's and other NHS or Clients recommendations.
Manage the planning and delivery of selected property transactions, to ensure that schemes are delivered to exceed client's expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
Attend training to develop and build on knowledge and professional skills.
Adhere to health and safety policy.

Desired Experience/Skills:

Essential Criteria
Educated to Degree level in relevant discipline
Member of a relevant professional institution e.g. RICS
Knowledge of NHS Estatecode
Worked within an NHS environment
Good knowledge of procurement
Knowledge and understanding of value engineering
Experience in using industry standard processes and systems
Project management of capital works
Experience is providing cost advice
MUST have experience of working in the Health environment - Acute / PCT / Mental Health etc
