SEN Teaching Assistant - South Birmingham£55- £70 Per DayThis Birmingham SEN School is urgently looking for a Teaching Assistant with a real affinity for Special Education Needs to include Autism and PMLD; you will be working with a very small group and more frequently on a 1:1 basis with children with very specific needs. You must understand their behaviours in order to support their learning, so a patient, supportive and creative approach to inspired learning and care is essential. The wonderful school has some wonderful facilities and is a very happy and harmonious place to work.You will have a unique approach for every child and inspire them to try new things with confidence. You will be a Level 3 Qualified TA with a wealth of KS3&KS4 experience gained in a mainstream or SEN school. This is a great opportunity and time to join this school, starting A.S.A.P and be able to work until December 2012.
