My Housing client is seeking an experienced Research and Innovation Manager to gather insights from local residents and capture the difference the organisation's work makes.
The role will involve:
- Commissioning and conducting research amongst resident and stakeholders to develop evidence based, audience led innovations
- Develop the audience segmentation work to develop detailed profiles of residents, including mapping their customer journeys
- Ensuring a process is developed to capture trend/learning and used to inform policy/product development
- Manage the product/service development cycle from concept to launch
To be considered for this opportunity you must:
- Have experience of a full range of research methodologies
- A strong track record of new product development
- Experience of performance management and programme evaluation including Cost Benefit Analysis
- An understanding of Policy development
- Evidence of managing a team and empowering member to work on their own initiative
