QTS, NQT: Early Years Teacher - SolihullSeptember Start£100 - £140 This community nursery school is looking for a QTS or NQT Early Years Teacher to join their fabulous close knit team. You will be caring, supportive and creative in your teaching style and be totally dedicated to the learning process of the children you support. You will be able to recognise different levels of ability and tailor your teaching to support the needs of individual children as well as inspiring the whole class to learn. You will have a particular strength with Early Years and a firm understanding of the National Curriculum. The management team at this school have a clear vision of the school's progression and are looking to integrate new ways of working you will need to identify with the wider aims of the school. The school offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities and has a strong presence within the local community. This school is very central and many children start school with relatively weak spoken English.
