Capita are recruiting for 2 contractors to join a Central Government department to work as part of their Identity Assurance programme, on a 3 month contract. The roles are based in central London, with some travel to offices across the UK. Due to the secure nature of the working location candidates, will need to have current CTC or SC Clearance in place prior to starting.
The Identity Assurance Programme is looking to engage with suppliers to procure the elements of the Identity Assurance solution. In this role you will be working with the technical & design teams to define the IT requirements that will inform the Invitation to Tender. The programme is engaging with the supplier and stakeholder community to develop both the customer and supplier proposition. As a specialist, you will be skilled in developing IT related documentation with a background in either identity services or financial services, and have recent procurement experience.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
To produce a clearly defined business requirement that will support the department's Invitation to Tender. Develop and document the requirements in support of the tendering process To include all elements of the business design including projected volumes. You will work closely with business experts, suppliers and stakeholders. Management and facilitation of requirements workshops The completed business requirement will be signed off by the Programme Director and must meet agreed quality standards.
Skills/ Experience Required
Knowledge of the following CESG publications is essential for these posts: - GPG 43 (Requirements for Secure Delivery of Online Public Services), - GPG 44 (Authentication Credentials in Support of HMG Online Services) - GPG 45 (Validating and Verifying the Identity of an Individual in Support of HMG Online Services). Other experience includes - Relevant and current procurement experience - Relevant and current experience in writing contractual / procurement documentation - Working with IT subject matter experts.
