International School Services specialises in recruiting exceptional teachers and school leaders for international schools and organisations across the world.

We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant for our International Schools division to be based in central London. This is an exciting opportunity to progress within a market leading Education Recruitment agency in a successful and fast growing division.

Since recruiting and placing teaching staff for International Schools requires a different level of skill to your normal education recruitment, we are not just looking for regular recruiters, we only want to hear from candidates who stand out in our market.

You must have a strong recruitment background, ideally within education or permanent recruitment sectors, be motivated by results, dedicated to providing a first class service and have the ability to demonstrate a consultative approach to recruitment with both your clients and candidates. This is not a career move for someone looking for an easy life, it will carry a big expectation but the rewards will be exceptional.
