Interim Senior HR Professional

We are looking for a Senior HR Professional with a track record of operating at Head of Level within a public sector organisation.

Due to a major change initiative in the organisation there is a need for strong senior HR support to help drive some signicant change management whilst maintaining business as usual within the department.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Cultural change management within a public sector organisation
- Experience of working with Trade Unions
- Team management/operational HR expertise
- Track record of driving performance and challenging line managers
