Instrument Mechanic Location: Annan, Dumfriesshire Duration: 12 months Rate: £11.94p.h. PAYE Our client are seeking an Instrument Mechanic to ensure that Instrument maintenance and installation work complies with required safety standards, maintenance instructions and procedures. The Instrument Mechanic is required to: Interpret the layout, function and instrument requirements of plant and installations Install, inspect, maintain and test items of plant instrumentation and equipment Obtain Plant Permit to Work Certificates, Plant Release Certificates Complete Job/Breakdown Cards and Point of Work, risk assessments The successful candidate will possess: Previous experience within an instrumentation role (Maintenance experience preferable) and served an apprenticeship
