Compliance Manager

We are currently looking for a Compliance Manager who has experience in Healthcare and Healthcare framework compliance . Team 24 are part of the Capita Group and are medical recruitment specialist that has successfully operated within both private and public sector for the last 6 years. Having recently been purchased by Capita the company are now ready to expand the team and require an experienced Compliance Manager to be responsible for company compliance. ¦Fully understand and adhere to the compliance requirements for the Healthcare national frameworks and private contracts. ¦Fully understand and adhere to company policies and procedure in the supply of temporary candidates, amending and implementing new procedures according to business needs. ¦Attain candidate documentation to ensure fully compliant and up to date files (electronic and paper based) ¦Constantly liaising with candidates, explaining the need for legislation and the urgency required to meet business needs. ¦Support the team with all administrative duties to achieve best practice, a quality focus and ultimately improve sales.
