2nd Line Systems Support to work for a FTSE 100 organisation supporting the Chippenham office. Our customer is one of the largest British companies on a global scale and now seeking a 2nd Line Systems Support who will also support internal and external customers.

As a 2nd Line Systems Support you will be responsible for installing new technical or software requirements as defined by customers, providing technical support to 1st line Field Engineers, providing technical support to users and providing technical support to external customer engineering staff. You will provide defined work plans for scheduled changes and take ownership of changes. The job includes a requirement to join the on-call rotas responsible for supporting 24/7 contracts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle DB, Unix Solaris, ITIL and Microsoft Windows 2003. You will also have experience of working in a 2nd line support environment
For this role you must hold a valid driving license and be eligible for SC Clearance.
