Capita Resourcing requires all limited company or umbrella company contractors to have Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) to cover them whilst on any client site. The policy should provide an indemnity to the assured in respect of their legal liability to third parties for any claim which:

• is for financial loss caused by a negligent act, negligent error or negligent omission on the part of an employee the assured and
• has arisen out of the provision of a service by the assured and
• is for compensatory damages including claimant costs and defence costs of the assured and
• is made against the assured during the policy period.

All PAYE contractors are covered by Capita Resourcing.
