Capita Education Resourcing is not just a great place to work, it’s also a great place to develop a career.
Have a read through the profiles below and get to know some of the team.
Azam Mohammed – Regional Manager
After graduating with a degree in Economics, Azam’s career in recruitment started with
one of our competitors where he was a Branch Manager for five years. In October
2005 Azam joined Capita Education Resourcing to launch the new Chelmsford office
servicing schools across Essex and Suffolk.
As Divisional Manager at Chelmsford the office went from strength to strength and
quickly became one of the Capita’s fastest growing offices. After just over a year in the
business Azam’s flair for recruitment was apparent and he was promoted to Regional
Manager to open new offices across the country.
So far Azam has successfully opened new offices in Cardiff, Reading, Leicester,
Nottingham and Luton all of which have far exceeded our expectations.

Jemma Levett – Divisional Manager
Jemma joined Capita Education Resourcing as a trainee consultant in January 2005.
This was her first role within recruitment, previously she worked for Citibank.
Her change of career was a great success as she developed her “Special Operations”
desk from 120 days to over 350 days, giving her one of the biggest desks in the company.
In 2006 Jemma picked up Consultant of the Year award. Jemma has been promoted on
numerous occasions, firstly to lead consultant, then Senior Consultant and most
recently to Divisional Manager responsible for 6 staff, running one of the biggest
Divisions in CER.
Jemma was also the first consultant in the business to achieve the Elite Bonus Scheme
for growth on her desk and was rewarded with a bonus payment of £3,000.

Julie Whale – Business Development Manager
Julie originally worked as a Supply Teacher for Capstan Teachers from 1997 to 1998.
After the birth of her son, Julie decided that she liked the people at Capstan so much that
she wanted to work for the company and started work as a Divisional Support at the
Manchester office.
In 2000 Julie was promoted to the position of Recruitment Consultant looking after primary and secondary clients at first before starting up a nursery desk.
In 2001 Julie took over the running of the Manchester office during Capstan’s integration with ESS, and in 2002 developed the Permanent Staff Division of Capita.
After gaining further experience as a Business Development Manager until 2006,
Julie has successfully taken on the role of Divisional Operations Manager in Manchester
