Overview :
Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the temporary vacancy of Sport & Travel Teacher. A teaching qualification is essential as well as at least 6 Months recent experience along with good IT skills. You will have the ability and confidence to hit the ground running and be available to start September. The post will be full time initially reducing to part time in October.
Main Duties:
You will deliver subject learning materials to the learners, and carry the necessary lesson preparation and planning. You will maintain student discipline in compliance with the College's Disciplinary Code. You will carry out duties at all times in accordance with the College's equal opportunities and health and safety procedures.
Key Skills:
Ideally the suitable candidate will have a Teaching qualification (or ability to obtain Certificate in Education within two years) A Degree or equivalent and/or relevant vocational/professional experience Previous recent UK Teaching/lecturing experience or significant vocational experience required
