To provide a safe and stimulating environment, promoting all areas of development for each child. To develop relationships with children, their parents and other members of staff. To create and maintain a caring and stimulating environment that together with encouragement will ensure the development of each child. To have responsibility for key children in a designated area. To implement and promote all Trust and Nursery Policies: eg.
Main Duties:
To Support all the Co-ordinators eg SEN Co, Equal Opportunities Co-ordinator in their duties. Recognise and meet, at all times, the needs of each child and their family a s individuals. Assist in the training of all students. Assist in the selection and maintenance of toys and equipment. To provide healthy and nutritious snacks throughout the day. To implement the Birth to Three matters curriculum. Other duties may be required, from time to time.
