BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE POST To ensure the compliance with all vetting procedures & facilitate the smooth running of the office. Whilst enabling the office to increase CER's business within North Wales through sales and services to schools and temps in partnership with all members of the Division.
COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITIES To communicate with the Divisional Operations Manager and other members of the Division on any matters relating to schools and teachers.
Main Duties:
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•To ensure all candidates vetting is completed as per best practise before deployment •To be responsible for recording bookings from clients •To be responsible for recording temps availability •To be responsible for updating all information on schools and teachers including pay/rate charges •To work in partnership with other members of the branch to maximise income and bonus •To be responsible for calling schools in a morning to check that temps
