Organisations that wish to use CRB/DS checks must comply with the CR Code of Practice. As it is a criminal offence to break the CR Code of Practice, all organisations wishing to use our services must sign and return a Capita Form of Agreement which ensures all parties agree to abide by the CR Code of Practice.
